Nicholas Cage lifts a girl’s dress and calls her a naughty girl by not wearing panties in Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans. The girl was not named in the film but I believe its either Jessica Dwyer or Stephanie Honore and we only get a brief look at her ass.
